cPanel upload bundle (pre-built)

1. In Setup Node.js App: startup file = server.js, Node 20, Production
2. Upload ALL contents of this folder into Application root
3. Do NOT run npm install / do NOT upload a root node_modules
4. Set env HOSTNAME=0.0.0.0 (PORT is set by cPanel)
5. Restart the Node.js app
6. Test: https://YOUR-DOMAIN/api/health
